Well it is all my fault. I was at the Chicken place and they wanted my choice of "sides" and I asked for mashed potatoes and rice. But she heard "fries" when I said rice.
So we had the mashed potatoes and put the fries int e refrigerator. Other than tossing them, what can I do with the fries? Soup?
Cover them with gravy? I have no idea. Asked by Gary4books 25 months ago Similar questions: box cold soggy french fries Food & Drink > Cooking.

Refry I just went through this I was in chigao I live in michigan it was like 4 hours away and I ordered some food there brought the food home and the fries we didn't eat they were cold so the next day (because I'm cheap and don't throw nothing away) I got my grease hot a little hotter than normal put those fries in the grease refried them pulled them out after they crisped up and put salt and shredded cheese and bacon bits on top with some sour cream and and some green oinons on top and went to town on this ,this was my dinner Sources: self .
I love breakfast. I would add the fries to the mashed, add some red or grees bell pepper, some sweet onions and pan fry the whole shootin match. Baste a couple of eggs, add your fasvorite breakfast meat, some quality toast and ...volia!
This is what heaven will feed rednecks upon their arrival in heaven except them folks whot keep hittin innocent peoples upon the head wif they bibles; these here folk will get WW II K-rations! Sources: rednecksputter, Phill-oss-a-fur, read some, been places .
You could always.... just throw them in the microwave oven; reheat them and eat them. I'm not a big fan of gravy fries; now chili fries is another story all togther. There really isn't a whole lot I can think of to do with left over fries.
I very rarely even keep them as left overs.... if they don't get eaten with the meal they usually get tossed.
You could try to put them in the oven and get them crispy again. Although they may not be worth the headache, lol.
1 You can lay them out on a cookie sheet under 'broil' in your oven. This should take the mositure out--watch them to make sure they don't get too crispy....

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
