Caregiver training seminars are for individuals engaged at all levels of caregiving for an Alzheimer’s patient. These are day-long seminars in which all aspects of Alzheimer’s disease and all aspects of caregiving are discussed by a series of experts on the medical, social, legal and financial aspects of caregiving. Caregivers are encouraged to ask questions and present problems to these experts for solution.
These caregiver seminars have been described as “lifesavers” by many participants. If your community does not yet offer such training sessions, discuss this possibility with the medical or social service staff of the memory clinic you are attending, and encourage them to “go and do like-wise.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
