What can I use on my hair so it does not get frizzy in humid weather?

Frizzy hair can be a nightmare in humid weather, it can look as though you have stuck your fingers in an electric socket! The best thing I have found to combat frizz is serum. There are several brands that make it, but a very good one comes from the aptly named Frizz-Ease from John Frieda.
