More than likely not. The iPad uses a glass front which is highly reflective in sunlight. You can counteract this by turning up the display brightness but that will reduce your overall battery life.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
