What candy did you buy for the trick-or-treaters that you hope you still have some left over?

Reece's Peanut Butter Cups! It isn't Halloween for me without them. I stash a few away in the freezer just for me.

They are fantastic frozen. Yum! If I run out of candy the trick or treaters can have coins from my change bowl but they aren't getting my secret stash of peanut buttery and chocolate goodness!

Never!

So, all those bags of candy that I have been buying all these year. They weren't actually for me? s.shld.net/is/image/Sears/033W5954431100....

Almond Joy... interesting. I'm fickle with coconut. I like some coconut, but I don't like it if it's flakey.

I'm not going to buy more than a bag of candy since I'm in a new neighborhood, and I know there aren't many kids. A few, but not many. This year?

I think any chocolate will do, but I know I love the Snickers and the Reece's the best. I think I'll get one of those bowls with the animatronic hand... maybe that will keep my hand from grabbing too many!

Well, definitely NOT those horrid black- and orange-wrapped candies--you all know what I am talking about! Anyone know what those are even called? My favorite are the mini Twix bars.

Like others, I prefer them cold. I eat the top part off (the caramel part), then nibble down the sides to get the chocolate off. All that's left in the end is the cookie--my favorite part!

These taste so good in a bowl of ice cream, too!

I am hoping that I still have some gummie life savers left and also almond joys would be great!

Generally, anything involving coconut, chocolate, or peanut butter! So KitKat, Mounds, Reeces Cups, Almond Joy, Nestles Krunch, pretty much in that order. The one peanut butter exception would be those orange and black taffies.

I loved them when I was a kid, and I guess as a treat, they *do* contain real peanut butter instead of just peanut flavoring! But that's part of why I don't like them so much now: too grainy. Not that I can eat this stuff now...sigh...

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
