It could be the way you are resting the phone against your ear and shoulder. You may be causing undo stress to your jawt and shoulders.. Or you are holding your mouth in a different way when you talk. Try using an ear piece or playing around with the way you hold the phone.Do some stretches and neck and jaw exercises when you hang up.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
