What choice describes people in New York City. 1 - There are a lot of poor people in NYC?

I read an inverview with someone who had a gun. He was afraid to go and try to shoot the shooter, for fear that SWAT should shoot HIM. He said there are quite a few students who carry weapons.

So, that whole idea that having lots of armed people all over the place prevents murders is not very solid, is it?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
