1 I think a nice sage green - probably light, would go very well.
It is a great soft color and helps keep a room from being a depressing dark, overly dark room. There are also some great light pale blues or greens. What ever color palate you go with, go with the lightest shade you can find.
My cousin has dark cabinets in her kitchen and the black granite counter tops and she chose a dark burgundy range of paint and thought it would look trendy, but she now hates it and wishes she would have used a light color to keep it from being too dark. There is no balance of light and dark. The all dark is really a depressing thing to put up with day after day.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
