What communication topology does Ohm use?

Ohm's communication topology will vary over the three years of the project. In the first year, Ohm's topology will be a "star" topology with a gigabit switch at the center of the star. In the second year, Ohm's topology will be a "ring-star hybrid", with the central switch being augmented by the additional links needed to form a ring.

In the third year, Ohm's topology will be a "hypercube-star hybrid", with the central switch being augmented by the additional links needed to form a hypercube.
