What country do you think deserves to be in the 2010 Soccer FIFA World Cup but fails to qualify?

If they could not make it past the qualifying stages, then they do not deserve to be in the competition. However, I think that Ireland should have received a replay against France. They played well in that match and could have won if not for that hand by Thierry Henry.

France played very well in the last World Cup when they finished as runners up to Italy but I doubt that they will go very far this time. They have a weak team with no big star. Even, Ribery does not appear to be past his prime.
