I would suggest any Farmville crops that take two to four days to mature. They take a bit longer, but these are typically the crops that make the most money when all is said and done. They do not require a lot of harvesting, and since they take longer to mature, it gives your neighbors a longer period of time to fertilize your crops so that you may gain more XP and also gain more levels at a faster pace.

The more time a crop takes to mature, the more XP you will gain from fertilization. Also, they are not as much of a burden as the crops that take a shorter amount of time to mature, as those ones wither faster. The two to four day crops typically have two to four days before they wither.
