Yes there is a fee IF your item is sold! There is no listing fee for Amazon! Meaning that you may list your items for free.

However IF it is sold they will charge you a percentage of your listing price and will credit you for shipping costs. What you need is just an Amazon account which you may make if you have a credit card. You should also have a bank account in order to withdraw your money and transfer it to your bank account.
