What do liberals say to all of the democrats voting for contempt against Eric Holder?

Yes, they most certainly SHOULD be defeated and loyal INTELLIGENT Democrats put into place in their stead! There has been NO NONE ZIP NADA "contempt of Congress" (other than feelings of the general public) by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder---not at all. He has complied with FELON Darrell Issa's solely PARTISAN and sneak-attack requests for documents relating to the extended version of Bush's Operation Wide Receiver (same "gun-walking" stuff; same state's ATF in Arizona), the Fast & Furious covert operation that relied on Mexican police and government officials to cooperate on their side of the border (yeah...riiiggghht).

AG Holder turned over more than 7000 pages---7000 PAGES! ---and less-than-Honorable military dischaged Issa (R-CA) simply kept "moving the goal posts" and asking for more! MORE!

MORE!...going so far as to request materials that AG Holder could NOT turn over without violating the law (it was, after all, an UNDERCOVER or COVERT operation and with Issa's multiple felony arrests as an adult and his less-than-Honorable discharge, my guess is that Issa does not have the required security clearance for receiving this type of Top Secret information (i.e. , names of informants; names of undercover operatives--so that Issa can "leak" their names like Cheney did Valerie Plames). I want to SHOUT at these wayward "Democrats" if they actually exist---find out if they are being BOUGHT by all these corporate BILLIONS being flung about due to the horrible Citizens United ruling: "Don't do that--don't give these far-right-wing theocratic COUP-seeking Republicans what they want--an oligarchy!"

I want to plead with them to remember, this is all designed to BLOCK AG Holder's crackdown in Republican-controlled states of the VOTER SUPPRESSION that is targetting Democrat-only voters as a POWER GRAB for the upcoming election. "If they can't be a help in protecting the Obama administration and his appointees from injustice and bigotry," I want to tell them, "then at least DON'T BE A HINDRANCE! Just show up and stand mute so that this outrageous injustice cannot proceed."

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
