Apples give you 32 hitpoints, but with the "Going Bananas!" perk you get at level 14, you can squeeze 35 hitpoints from bananas combined with a 100 survival skillpoints. If you mean real life, there are no most healthy fruits. The "least healthy" ones are probably the ones that are deadly poison.
But all the other fruits that we can eat without dying have their own benefits and drawbacks. It depends on what you are looking to integrate into your diet. For example, if you don't need more potassium, you probably don't need to eat a crapload of bananas.
Or if you don't get much vitamin A, you probably ought to eat some carrots. Berries are great for antioxidants and a few of them have some omega fats but they're also very sugary. It sucks, but diet is more complicated than most healthy and least healthy food items when it comes to fresh vegetation.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
