What do you get your sis and hubby who live in a big city and really only work and drink?

They live in NYC - don't do shows, spend time sitting in a bar drinking and don;t really have any real hobbies. Its coming down to wrapping up an empty box and giving nothing. Please help!

City Type stuff I live and work in Chicago, and there are definatly a few things that you need if you work and live here and take public transportation. So here is my list of suggestions ranging from the cheap to expensive. 1.

Ear muffs and scarfs, it your sis and hubby ever use public transportation this is not viewed as a cop out gift, it is a necesity and good ones valued like jewels. 2. Coffee cards are great, especially again, if they are not commuters, but use transportation.3.

Quality headphones, QC2, or QC3 from bose are amazing I have the older bigger ones (QC2) and love them, they are amazing. But there are others you can find cheaper that are very good, apple has some good ones.4. If they don't have an Ipod that is always nice, and if they do have one, everyone want's an upgrad.5.

I have and love the XM handheld radio, it is just marvelous, comes with a home adapter and I can listen to every hockey/baseball/and collage football game, if he is an NFL fan you may want to go with the sirius hand held, but either way this is a fantastic gift and realativly affortable too. 6. If they are drinkers, and drink at home there are lots of fun bar type items you can find, like bottle carriers, frozen shot glass molds, ice drink luges, etc.If they are wine drinker, maybe a nice wine rack, or if you are feeling really generous a wine fridge.

I am basing alot of these answers on the fact that they don't spend all day in there car, or in there house. Hope this helped. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
