What do you think about the Mexican government suing the State of Arizona over SB 1070?

I am not going to turn around and read both, and really care little for what the United Nations does or resolves. What I DO care about is the United States Constitution, and I have read the Arizona law. Legally, it is not being challenged on civil rights grounds.

In fact, it is far more compromising than federal law, especially in consideration of relevant case law (Muehler v. Mena, a unanimous decision of the Supreme Court, contained a separate ruling that reasonable cause was not necessary for police officers to ask for documentation). What do you like about the United Nations?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
