Actually I cannot see the benefit to her politically or personally unless the denial serves to win her votes if she runs in some people's minds. For me the scenario is this Christopher Stevens refused to leave Libya because of the work he and others were doing in spite of the threat. He left and then returned during the crisis.

The Congress and senate should have requested the diplomatic core return just as the state department should have requested the foreign service employees return. The only thing the President could have done was to break off diplomatic ties to Libya under advice from Sec. Of State or on his own.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
