It amazes me that people are shocked or offended by breast feeding, but not by nearly naked women with breast implants lying all over cars or posing provocatively to sell whatever other product is on the bill board. What do people thing breasts are for anyway? We are completely turned around, in my opinion.
I believe that women should cover themselves with a drape, but babies need to eat, and mothers should be allowed to feed babies wherever they are. Breast milk is the best thing for infants, and it is the most natural thing in the world. It's offensive to me that people think women who are caring for their children are somehow trying to make a political statement.
I would not think anything to be honest.. Other than to make sure I did not stare to make the mother with her child uncomfortable, and I would hope the places they choose to do so would be safe ones that had police around or was not in the aisles or unsanitary places is all.. - DNatureofDTrain.
I think there's a mother feeding her baby... and thats it. If Mum is happy to do it there and then thats fine... ... what I really object to is some places were the staff try and filter Mum and baby into a special area, which is usually also the washroom! I wouldn't be happy having my lunch next to a toilet!
There is a mother who cares more about her child than about offending some prig.
There is nothing wrong with this. It's perfectly natural. If the mother uses a blanket to cover the baby, little is seen, anyway.
Why would anyone be offended by something like this?
I do not like it. When I had my twins, I only did it at home or in a private room. Never in public.
Personally I dnt think anything of it its natural just like us babies do gotta eat my sister breast fed all her kids its natural.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
