What does clearing negative emotions require?

True integration occurs only at the level of the unconscious mind because, this is where negative emotions and limiting beliefs reside. It’s difficult, however, for us to get in close touch with our unconscious mind to clear these disruptions. Clearing and integration require conscious-unconscious dissociation, or separation between your conscious mind (and its willfulness and rational thought), and your unconscious mind (and its emotions, beliefs, and memories).

Dissociation gives us perspective on the workings of the unconscious mind. Here’s an example of perspective: Have you noticed how easy it is to give advice to a friend or acquaintance, even on a particularly difficult or challenging problem? He may be faced with a really tough decision: whether to change jobs, whether to get a divorce, what to do with a child who’s having problems at school.

Yet most of us can coolly analyze the situation and often quickly offer a solution. If it were our problem, though, if we were facing the same circumstances, we might spend inordinate amounts of time analyzing the problem, considering and reconsidering the options, researching the details, and seeking out the opinions of family, friends, counselors, and perhaps even professionals. And even after conducting research and soliciting opinions, we still might procrastinate, delay, or even avoid making the tough decision.

Why? Because we’re too close to it, too vested in the outcome to be objective. We’re thinking about the consequences that will follow no matter which course we choose.

But when the choice belongs to someone else and we don’t have a full stake in the result, it’s easier to distance ourselves from the end result and make a decision much more quickly. That’s the objectivity you need to remove negative emotions and limiting beliefs. Proper awareness is the key to getting that objectivity.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
