What does God say about the sky and the heavens in psalm 19 verse 1?

The Psalm was authored by King David. Psalm 19:2 says that "The heavens tell of the glory of God, and the firmament shows His handiwork." This means that God's greatness and wisdom can be seen from viewing what is above (Isaiah 40:26).
