Your systolic blood pressure, the first number, is a little bit high, but don't panic as it can be easily lowered. If it is always this high then you do have hypertension (high blood pressure) and it does need to be lowered, or you will be at increased risk of certain problems. There are things you can do at home that will lower your blood pressure: eat less salt and fatty foods in your diet, cut down on alcohol, get a good amount of exercise in each week.
For me, this is a value that I would probably give medications to lower the blood pressure, and so it is important that you visit your doctor as they would likely agree, and want to start you on some medicines. Best wishes.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
