What does it mean when a boy says I want to walk with you and then he says I'm just kidding?

Usually it means that he is admitting to you that he wants to walk with you but he say's "just kidding" because he is shy and/or he doesn't want admit that he REALLY does want to walk with you.My advice, walk with him.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
