What does the Bible define Blasphemy of the Holy Ghost as?

The Holy Spirit is like ever-present energy from God. The Holy Ghost is incapable of disobeying the Father: Christ the Son can disobey His Father, but he doesn't. Only God the Father is Holy, therefore blasphemy against the Holy Ghost is like calling God a liar.
