What foods make you gassy will depend upon the person. A lot of people with Asian ancestry get gassy from dairy products. Numerous people, particularly of European ancestry, get gassy after eating onions.
Try keeping a food journal, marking down what you eat and at what times of the day. Next, mark down the gas you get and rate it (by stinkiness, sound, etc. ). This might get embarrassing, so you might want to come up with your own code (since you don't want anyone finding this journal and seeing where you wrote "four o'clock...fart that could wake the dead and smelled like a rotting corpse").
