What happens when epsom salts and baking soda are combined in a bath & is there proof that Mg is absorbed through skin?

I already know about MgSO4 and NaHCO3 chemical structures and folk medicine claims of the Mg relaxing muscles and helping remove lactic acid. But I would like an explanation from a chemist and/or physiologist about what happens when you add both of these to bath water (from either a hard or soft water source) and whether there is any proof that the free ions pass through human skin and affect muscle physiology (that the relief is not simply from the heat of the bath water increasing circulation in the muscles). I have taken a bath in baking soda and epsom salts and Nature's Rich to neutralize my body and help detox it... It does help. You will have less constipation from the Magnesium as proof that it does get into the skin. The bicaronate helps to neutralize the skin that is acidic. It helped me many times when I was poisoned by colloidal silver and I needed to detox.

It has helped people with chemical sensitivities to loss these sensitivities and heal.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
