What is a Med Tech 1 I need it to work in a nursing home And what is the difference between Med Tech 1 and a CNA?

I know that a Med Tech. Is somebody who is able to pass meds under the supervision of a nurse but I didn't think that you had to be med tech certified to work in a nursing home. I work at a nursing home as a CNA and everybody I work with is a CNA.

CNA's only help residents with ADLs and are not allowed to distribute medicines or apply topical creams. I would look into that again because I know for sure you don't have to be a Med Tech to work in a nursing home.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
