What is a Non specific viral rash?

My 6 year old son has a non specific viral rash with cold like symptoms he has had the mmr I have been advised to keep him away from pregnant women and other children what does this mean.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
