The tensor fascia lata (TFL), rectus femoris, and sartorius muscles often become tight or dominant, especially in the presence of weakened gluteal muscles (gluteus maximus and gluteus medius). The pelvis can develop an anterior pelvic tilt as a result. This can happen on one or both sides of the pelvis.
When one side of the pelvis is tilted forward more than the other side, I refer to this as a rotated pelvis. When the pelvic bones become rotated, the muscles controlling hip and knee movements are adversely affected and create pain. This also can appear to be a leg length discrepancy.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
