A secret shopper is a person who is hired to shop at a particular store/market for a particular product or service & evaluate the shopping experience based on the criteria that was given for the assignment. This is a great way for the store/market to make sure that their employess's are doing the job they are trained to do.
I have done a number of secret shopper assignments. Secret shoppers are hired by a company to perform quality service checks on a company, usually a retail business. The secret shopper will go to a store and act like a regular shopper.
They will purchase items, or ask questions. They will then write a report based on their interaction. Secret shoppers are also called mystery shoppers.
Secret shoppers also report on security, safety and cleanliness of a business. Sometimes secret shoppers will try to return an item, or make a complaint to determine how it is dealt with, or they will report on the time it takes for a transaction and whether staff is helpful and polite. It can be a fun and interesting job.
The Mystery Shopping Providers Association website provides more information if you are interested in working in this industry: mysteryshop.org.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
