What is an iPad camera connection kit for?
The Apple iPad having no USB ports makes it difficult for us to upload media into the device. Apple recently released the iPad Camera Connection Kit to cater to this need. The kit includes two connectors, the USB interface connector and the SD Card Reader connector.
The USB interface connector allows you to upload photos and videos directly form your digital camera. On the other hand, you can also upload photos and videos using the SD Card Reader connector. Just insert your SD Card to the SD Card Reader slot in your connector.
A photo application will appear right after the insertion of the SD Card or after connecting the digital camera using a USB cable. The iPad Camera Connection Kit though doesn't include USB cable. It is sold separately.
