What is best kind of fine art print to get, giclee vs oil reproduction?

My husband & I found some nice Pissaro paintings we both like. We are planning to order reproductions from am online store. We are debating whether to just get a "photographic" reproduction, vs a hand-painted copy of the original.

If choosing the latter, we notice a wide range of prices. Most are in the 400 dollar range but some are half that. How do we know which is best quality?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
