What is delaying the Senate from producing a 2011-2012 budget prior to Oct1,2011?

Let's start with the names John Boehner and Harry Reid. The effort starts with the President but it is Boehner' s job of the House to initiate a budget and push it to the Senate or either approval or return. Once it clears the Congress, the it is up to the President to either approve it or send it back as a veto.

Here is a continuing example of our elected officials on both sides of the aisle not doing the jobs they were elected to do or are being paid to do. As I have stated many times before, our problems in Washington fall far short of just partisan politics...they fall on the backs of a bunch of lazy parasites not willing to carry out their civic duties. WB.

The parties disagree on domestic spending, but they are pretty much in agreement on the subject of foreign policy and defense spending.

W BWhat the House has to do is not to continue passing funding RESOLUTIONS if the Senate don't come up with a 2012 budget. The past budget $1+ trillion deficits were not in the open. The President proposed a $2.5 trillion 2012 deficit budget in Feb.

,the Senate voted 97-0 to reject it. LET'S NOT FORGET that the Democrats control 2/3s of our government. The President continues to place the blame on the Republicans for the economy's problems.

CONGRESS is made up of the House and the Senate. The House is working, the Senate is somewhere? The President always complains of Congress without clarifying that it's the Democrat Senate that is not performing.

The mainstream media haven't reported the whole truth of what is happening in Washington, wonder why? TODAY in Washington, ‘’right is wrong and wrong is right’’, is the way Washington works, sad to say.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
