Seasonal Affect Disorder is often called WINTER BLUES, but can occur at other times of the year. Most people who suffer with this type disorder are relatively healthy but when there is a change in the seasons they begin to show signs of depression. Depression can cause severe mood swings, body aches, and lower energy levels.As there is less sunlight, more hours of darkness and even the rainy season or snow season people tend to enter into and linger in stages of depression.
