Instead of being a smart donkey, I will attempt to help.It really does depend on the type of construction and quality of finishes you want in your home. A price per square foot is often misleading because you can get a basic home for much less than one with higher quality. For example, does your estimate include frame construction or concrete block?
Do you want to specify thermal windows or less expensive single pane aluminum? What type of flooring? I hope you get the idea.
Using an average cost per square foot can get you into trouble and be very misleading.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
