Depending on the quality of the houses, most houses I see range in the $100 to $175 retail range.
I know as of last summer before prices started going up it was about $110/sq ft. Now it is probably somewhere closer to $120-$130/sq ft Average State New Construction Build Cost per Square Foot and Average Home Square Feet (newly constructed homes sold) New home construction cost per square foot build cost is a frequently sought reference number. The challenge with using cost per square foot as a way to budget a home is that cost per square foot excludes the following factors: Excludes site development costs such as drives, utilities, clearing, decks, patios, landscape, etc Excludes excavation Excludes basement costs Excludes quality differences in materials, finishes, and appliances Excludes total constructed square feet (size of garage, bonus space, basement, crawlspace, porches) Cost per square foot is based on finished (livable) square feet only Cost per square foot ignores local or regional variations in market costs (unless you use our interactive cost per square foot selector below) See this site to find the estimated cost: home-cost.com/construction-cost-per-sf.h....
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
