What is the average cost per square foot for building a house in Utah?

Depending on the quality of the houses, most houses I see range in the $100 to $175 retail range.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
