Hmmm...my iPad that I received this Christmas. It was what I really wanted and after 12 years of being married, my husband finally gets me.
One year when I was really struggling with my writing (I am an author) my husband special ordered me a sheaf of parchment, a quill (with the big white feather and everything) and two glass vials with powdered ink. He knows how much I look to the great writers of the past to spur my passion and he said that having these items on my desk would inspire me to keep my words flowing. It was beautiful.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
