What a great questions. I've received many great gifts for Valentine's Day...over the years. But I will have to say the best was from my son when he was about 14...I'd mentioned that one day I was going to go back to writing.
That very next Valentine's Day he gave me a book a "How to" book on writing and a journal to put down my thoughts and ideas. It is one I will never, ever forget.....it was better than flowers, candy and diamonds put together.... still bring tears to my eyes as I think about it.
When my daughter was in middle school she got a huge box of white Godiva chocolate. I saved her by eating quite a bit of it.
Last year my hubby gave me a beautiful diamond ring from Hsamuel collection and I gave him a nice perfume. I wonder what he has planned for coming valentines. I have already decided what I will give him but its a little secret I will tell you after valentines day :).
A professional massage! My sister is a LMT and there's nothing better to ease stress and feel pampered.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
