What is the best, easiest and safest software to use for capturing VHS home videos onto DVDs?

This is what I use and it works great! I used a tv tuner card of course but the software I use is tv wonder pro. It captures in dvd quality from vhs tapes and its very flexable with lots of options of the quality you want to capture.

I never had any skipped/dropped frames with it so its very well done and great program :) .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
