I have been using an over the counter gel called Psoriasin. It has coal tar as a main ingredient so the smell is not the best but it does help. A word of caution though... Do not use on broken skin.It will burn for hours...a fact learned the hard way!
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
