Spark People sparkpeople.com is one of the best online trackers I have found, and it is absolutely free. You can track your progress for diet, exercise, calories, and many other health and diet related issues. This site is amazing.It provides information, recipes, advice and great motivation tools.. They have trained dieticians on staff to answer your questions.

There are too many aids to mention. There is a spark community where you can speak with other people and motivate each other. You can also sign up for email motivations.

Register with the site and start achieving your goals. This site really helped me with tracking my calorie intake and eating better. I am not the kind of person who can follow any sort of diet or plan, but Sparkpeople provides good motivation and it is not in your face, you can choose which programs you are interested in using.
