A AMD 6770 and/or a AMD 6775 can play battlefield at a decent FRames per second and medium graphics.
GTX560 Ti or higher, if you want the game to run on max. My GTX550 Ti can play the game smoothly if I were to put it on low/mid settings.
I would suggest going with Nvidia as their drivers are quite a bit better. I'd go with a EVGA GeForce GTX 580 3072 MB GDDR5 the extra ram on the video card will help a lot and keep your computer future proof :).

Depends what resolution and settings you're gaming at. If you want to play it at 1080p on ultra settings you'll need a GTX 570 or better.
To play at ultra setting Battlefield 3 at least: 4 core processor @ 3.2 Ghz (preferably i5-2500) Gforce 560 Ti ATI card is not recommended at the moment since they got issues with MSAA I currently play it at high setting 1080p and doing 40+ fps: Phenon II X4-B55 @ 3.2 Ghz Power Color HD 6850 4Gb DDR3-1600 ram The processor was a solid requirement for BF3 to run smoothly. Its not like using a 560 Ti and dual core will run BF3 @ ultra setting smoothly.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
