It rather sounds as though this is an issue that time will resolve. He is still very young and you say he has a healthy appetite and is having good food, so it doesn't sound as though there is anything wrong at all, except the way your son feels about his appearance. Kids develop at different ages, in another six months he could start to see his body changing.
If there is a local gym that has a good reputation, it might be an idea to ask them if he really is too young to try a little gentle weight training, this would build muscle and give him an interest if they think it is ok for him to try, or you could ask your doctor if he thinks it a good idea. The other thing he could try is martial arts. Judo or Karate are great for kids, the training helps develop their minds and their bodies.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
