Update your resume, add the resume to different Job Boards, like Monster, Careerbuilder, etc. Add a note for employers or agencies to call you either after work on a cel, or have them call you during your lunch time. It can be difficult when your short on time, but utilize your break times, lunch times. Try calling on a cel away from your office, if you can close your office door that can help too.

You probably don't want your current employer know your looking for a new gig. If you need to do interviews, try and schedule during lunch times or on rare occasions you might be able to do after hours or on a weekend. Its not easy, but it can be done and has been done.

If you hate your current job so much, search the web constantly (for example at 2:00a.m. ) and take days off, so you can go to the interviews. Finding a job in Dubai is not very hard, but it’s not very easy as well. The job market here works very differently from other places. So if you are aware of those differences and work your way accordingly, you have a better chance of finding a good job in Dubai.
