I'm looking to sell some of my kids toys. The toys are complete and are really gently used. Also, I have a 400 CD changer, a stereo amplifier, cassette tape player, and digital camera to sell.
I'm looking for an effecient way to sell these items for some cash. They are great things, but are just filling my basement. Any ideas?

Ebay is your best bet; you can also try Craigslist for local sales. Ebay is definitely your best bet, for all the types of items you have listed. I've done a lot of ebay selling and it's easy, a great way to reduce clutter and make some good money.
Go here to find out how to get started on ebay:sell.ebay.com/sellAnd you can find some tips for selling here:"Think of eBay as the ultimate return policy. No matter where or when you bought an item (or from which crazy relative you received it as a gift), you can turn around and sell it, sometimes for more than what you paid. The eBay marketplace is no longer a phenomenon; it's a hobby, a livelihood, and even a way of life for millions of addicts around the globe.
But no matter how much you sell on eBay, odds are you're missing a few opportunities to maximize your bottom line. Here's the Seattle Craiglist, you can use the links in the right to search for your own region:http://seattle.craigslist.org/ Sources: http://www.ebay.com .

I buy toys on Ebay with regularity. There is no great way to sell used stuff -- the final prices at auction are usually very low. It's all a bunch of trouble though Ebay is making efforts to simplify the shipping lable process, but if you have time, determination to do it, and a lot of items it's probably worth your time to learn how to use Ebay -- unless you live near the SF Bay Area, in which CriagsList.org might appeal to you, as you can usually ask people to come pick your item up, and not have to deal with packing it if it's something difficult like a 400 CD changer.
I imagine it would appeal to the buyer to test it on-site too. Me, as a woman, the idea of random strangers coming to my home, doesn't appeal to me at all, but I guess that works okay for some men. I really like Ebay for toys, especially ones you can't get anymore such as 'Dragon Tales' anything.
And with most of the toy stores going under, Ebay is becoming a good source. They are also a terrific source for lots of kids shoes... can't recommend them higher. Five pairs of toddler shoes for $20?
Even if you hate several of the pairs, you've got a great bargain that you can resell down the line if you want. But the real rub is time. If you've got lots of time on your hands, and an adversion to seeing working stuff going into landfill, then do it.Me I've got a little money, and no time.
I prefer the donation route. You have to make enough money to itemize, and document what you donate, but often it will break even with fussing with auctions..
Craigslist If you live in one of the major cities, like San Francisco or Seattle, the best way sell things is craigslist.com. Craigslist allow you to post your stuff on its websites and people email you directly. And you can deal with the customers directly. It doesn't charge you a fee or anything.
And I found that people respond really quickly to craigslist. There are also other reasons for using craigslist too, so check it out. If you don't live near a big city, ebaying (ebay.com) it or selling it on Amazon would work too.
I would recommend selling things on Amazon because the overall fee came out to be less and I trust people on Amazon and Amazon more than Ebay and the people on it. To sell things on Amazon, just go to www.amazon.com. Click on the "my account" tab on top, and you should see a "sell your stuff" button on the right.
Follow that and you should be able to set things up. The bad thing about Amazon is that you can only sell things that are listed in their inventory. If it is not in their inventory then you have to pay more. So, some of your stuff might not qualify.
Anyway, good luck..
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
