Frontpage is okay but Dreamweaver is better If you own Microsoft Office you might already have Frontpage. It's not that hard to learn, but it generates a lot of junk code and the pages are really only created for IE. Dreamweaver is a stand-alone, costs more, and has a steeper learning curve, but in almost all ways it's better (except making named anchors).
