What is the difference between 63-minute and 74-minute media?

Most first generation CD-R drives could only work with 63 minute media. Most recent drive can work with either. The Mitsumi CR Series can work with either media type and comes with a 74-minute media.

The difference between these two media types is their storage capacity. It could have been based on MB of data but the number of minutes of CD audio that could be recorded was chosen. Some years ago there was a significant price difference, now the difference is quite small.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
