What is the difference between a MONARCHY and a REPUBLIC?

Monarchy means nothing more than Royalty as in King or Queen so I assume you mean what's the difference between Monarchy rule and Republic rule . Republic rule usually means a government is elected by the people to rule for the people by democratic vote . Monarchy rule means quite literally the King/Queens word is law and they rule without question all people allowing for no appeal .

Executive rule means one person is entirely in charge , the Isle of Man is the only place left in Britain that allows this now but even they pretend to have a democratic government .

A monarchy has a Royal Family. Strictly speaking, a republic is any country that has neither a monarchy or a theocracy (basically where bishops/priests rule; modern examples would be the Vatican City, Andorra - the Bishop of Urgel is one of the country's two "co-princes", and Tibet before the Chinese invasion). This includes military dictatorships which can occasionally include power being transferred within the same family as in a monarchy (eg: in North Korea Kim Il-Sung was succeeded by his son Kim Jong Il).

Usually, however, the Head of State in a republic is an elected President - most often by popular vote but sometimes by the country's Parliament (as is the case in Italy and was proposed in Australia's failed referendum about ten years ago), or by an Electoral College (as in the United States).

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
