The price of tickets has gone up however. Others love the convenience of watching a movie in the privacy of their own home. They like having control over the movie, the time they watch it, and being able to stop it when they please.
They like being able to wear their pajamas if they want. They like eating and drinking what they want. They also like being able to watch certain parts again if they want, or skipping over parts they don't like.
Plus it is less expensive to watch a movie at home. As well, you don't have to deal with people possibly being obnoxious in the audience. Basically you control the entire experience.It just depends on what kind of person you are, but those are the main differences.
At home, I can turn on the closed captioning and know what the characters are saying, which was only about 45% the case in watching "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" the other day.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
