What is the difference between personal health records and personal medical records?

One's personal health record is kept in files known as medical records in one's hospital and doctors' offices. Where ever you have been treated medically, there will be a file (aka a chart) on you that includes which doctor saw you, the diagnosis, what treatment was prescribed, etc. To clarify: Your "personal health record" is kept in your "personal medical record." This is my understanding from working in a Family Practice behind the scenes as office personnel.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
