Up close and personal. Like I saw a guy on heroin get stone cold sober when he accepted Christ. I had a bullet turn 90 degrees in my skull and not fragment skull or bullet or cause nerve damage.
I saw a demon get chased out of a room. Asked by EternalOptimist 52 months ago Similar questions: greatest miracle witnessed personally Society > Religion & Spirituality.

I have witnessed so many, it is hard to pick just one, but I will relate one involving my son. He was epileptic, and required to have an EEG regularly in order to regulate his dosage of anti-seizure medication. He was scheduled for his next test on Thursday, and at our Wednesday night prayer meeting, I asked for a healing for him from this condition.
We took him in to the hospital Thursday morning, they ran the test, and we drove him back home. About an hour later, the hospital called and said there had been a malfunction with the equipment, and bring him back to take the test again, and we did. Following this second test, the Doctor talked to us and said the epilepsy was gone.
Not a trace. No medication ever needed again. Praise God!

I saw a woman who had gangrene in all her major organs fully healed in answer to prayer Doctors told her daughter she had only an hour to live. Her daughter was a member of my church at the time. We all started praying.
She lived passed the hour, lived past the day, lived to be fully healed really without medical treatment. Doctors thought there was nothing could be done and acknowledged a miracle.
Mine is very cliche` but nonetheless a miracle. All 3 births of my children. I have had a total of 7 pregnancies and 3 live births.
And witnessing each birth was like no other experience I have ever been through. I just knew that God was there with me and my newborn.
Healing of little Bo My friends have a grandson Bo (not his real name) who was born with a birth defect which causes some abnormal growth in his neck and jaw. It's not really a tumor, but these polups or places can develop which when they grow can constrict his airway. I have no idea the name of the condition.
A year ago Bo had one of these polyps develop in the area near and around his tonsils. As I understood it, the polyp had to be removed immediately because it was beginning to block his airway, and if left it would close it off. The problem was that the placement of it meant that the blood vessels in the neck had become entangled in the growth. It was going to be a very difficult surgery because if they made a mistake they would cut the blood vessel and the Bo would bleed out before they could stop it.
Bo was 6 years old so his small size only exacerbated the problem for the doctors. He went to the hospital and had the final CAT or PET scans done of the area so the doctors could see what they were dealing with. The scan showed the growth firmly enmeshed in the tonsils the blood vessels and all of it just a general mess.
If you are a medical person please understand I am not, and if I say something which doesn't sound right in this description please blame it on me not on the situation. Our entire community knew the situation and was kept abreast of what was going on by Bo's grandmother. The results of this final scan devestated her though because she knew how dangerous the surgery was going to be.
If this were a brother or a friend we might have been able to deal with it more - but a 6 yr old going into surgery which might kill him was difficult for all of us. So we did the only thing we could do. We prayed and prayed and prayed.
I know at least 50 people who kept Bo in their prayers each night and I have no idea how many were really praying for this child. The night before he had to go to the hospital (it was about 2 hrs away) we had a prayer and healing service for him. The pastor anointed his head with oil, and we all layed hands on Bo.
And a lot of us spent a better part of the night and next morning in prayer. So you can probably guess what happened. They went in that morning and did some scans and the growth looked different.
The blood vessels had moved out of the growth, and the polyp was completely gone from the tonsil. They still had to remove the growth but the dangerous part where the blood vessels were bunched up was gone and the polyp had gone from the tonsil. He still had to have surgery but the danger of it was no longer there.
Bo was in the hospital for about a week and running around with the other kids about 3 weeks later. It was a miracle. Saw it and touched it and the boy is fine.
Still deals with the complications from this birth defect but nothing as dangerous as that surgery. Sources: My Life .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
